MAGDA FARINA RODRIGUEZ, BS

Founder and President of Health Management Solutions, Inc. since 1996. In 1992, she acquired a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Political Science from Marymount College of Fordham University, Tarrytown, New York, and she is credited with more than 25 years in Dental Expanded duties and healthcare related Business Management Expertise. Her career has been a committment to helping healthcare providers, particularly DHCP, and meet their practice’s risk management and professional educational needs with continuing dental education courses.

Magda has contributed throughout the years with numerous Dental Study Clubs and Associations, such as CEOLA, Latin American Dental Study Club, “Asociación Dental CEOLA-HELO” and the South Florida Dental Hygiene Association. This has allowed her to meet the continuing dental educational efforts of their members. Health Management Solutions, Inc., is a reflection of Magda Fariña-Rodriguez’s combined Educational Career and Business Management Expertise in the Healthcare field.

Magda Fariña-Rodriguez, BS continues to lead Health Management Solutions, Inc., reaching international expansions in Central America and India, fostering a variety of services. We take pride in a philosophy of professional ethics, compliance, patient quality care, recommended cash management and risk management awareness. She has assembled a team of outstanding healthcare professionals, IT developers, financial professionals and real estate practice brokers, specializing in each of the disciplines and services provided by Health Management Solutions, Inc. Additionally, she has managed numerous healthcare facilities in the private and public sectors.

Recently, she contributed with Logical Laboratories in the development of a dental managing software program, DentalMax, for which HMS is the sole distributor, and previously she had successful financial careers with two of the most prestigious Fortune 500 Corporations: Citibank (N.A.-N.Y.) and MetLife Insurance Co. She is the author of several Healthcare Risk Management and Compliance Publications, and is the recipient of countless recognitions, awards and honors, such as VIP Member of the Global Directory of Who is Who, CEOLA, Latin American Dental Study Club, “Asociación Dental CEOLA-HELO” and the South Florida Dental Hygiene Association.

Agustina Lopez Rouger is a skilled and results-driven Business Analyst based in Miami, FL. She possesses a strong analytical background and has gained extensive experience in Finance and Marketing across multiple industries, including Aviation, Healthcare, and Logistics.

With a proven track record of developing solutions to business problems, Agustina supports business decision-making with budgets, forecasts, cost analysis, performance reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
