To keep practices informed and empowered, we provide a comprehensive written Excel report at the end of each week. This report is shared with the Account Receivable (AR) Manager of the respective dental practice, consolidating all the necessary details obtained from different dental insurances.

To facilitate this process, we require specific access to the PMS from the dental practice. However, we understand the importance of uninterrupted access to the PMS for daily operations. Therefore, we work closely with our clients to establish a mutually agreed-upon time frame for accessing the PMS, ensuring minimal disruption and respecting the practice’s needs.
